Canyon Oaks will have a series of Earth Day events over the coming weeks, courtesy of the Garden Club! This post will be updated throughout the month.
Saturday, April 17 - Shred It
A shredder truck will be at the Pheasant Run cul-de-sac from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Thursday, April 22 - Donate it
R2S (Recycle 2 Support) will be in the neighborhood to pick up our donations. If you have items to donate, please email Sharon Kohl at sharonkohl125@gmail.com. Sharon will be coordinating the pickups. For more information on what can be donated, click here.
From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Southern BBQ Food Truck will be at the open lot at 180 Canyon Oaks. The Garden Club has also prepared an activity for the kids and will be at the lot making a natural bird feeder with each child.
Saturday, April 24 - Dump It
Republic will have dumpsters at the Pheasant Run and Meadowview cul-de-sacs from 8:00 AM until noon. Please refer to this list of items that cannot be put in the dumpster, and please ensure that all items end up in the dumpster - nothing can be left on the ground.
